AGC Policies and Procedures

The following policies and procedures are set forth for the efficient operation of all God's children and must be
adhered to by each parent/Guardian during the time your child/Children are enrolled.

1. All God's children (Here in after. Referred to as AGC) Will be open. From 7:00AM until 5:30PM.

Monday through Friday. All children must be picked up by 5:30 PM. A late fee. Will be charged at the rate of $5
for the first minute, and $2.50. For each additional minute. Beginning at 5:31 PM. After two Occurrences.
Late fee payments Will be $5 per minute.

2. AGC will Observe the following holidays:

  • New Year's Eve

  • New Year's Day

  • MLK Birthday

  • Memorial Day

  • Juneteenth

  • Independence Day

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving Day And the day after

  • Christmas Eve

  • Christmas Day

  • In addition. AGC Will be closed for
    the week after Christmas each year
    for winter break.


3. Each child Must keep a change of clothing in the daycare center to be used when needed.

4. All infants, (Under one year of age) are required to bring a minimum of three changes of clothing each day.

5. Pampers, Pull-ups, and baby wipes will be supplied by the families.

6. Weekly menus are posted in the lobby on a bulletin board. AGC provides a daily hot or cold breakfast, a full hot lunch and an afternoon snack each day.

7. Junk food will not be allowed to come into the daycare.

8. AGC's Educational program will begin each day at 9:00AM. To ensure your child receives the maximum benefit from his or her planned program, it is important that your child arrives each morning no later than 9:00AM.

9. In the case of threatening weather conditions, AGC will follow predesigned safety procedures and will notify
parents to pick up.
